March Established Fujian Xinda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., located in Quanzhou (Hutou) Optoelectronic Industrial Park, with a registered capital of 150 million yuan, covering an area of 300 acres.
September It acquired a 65% stake in Shenzhen Anpu Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. to further expand its LED market share.
